A web scientist will be able to respond in the above circumstances, extracting relevant information from policy documents and creating a balanced, 360 degree response that informs and provides appropriate evidence for strategic action. This module aims to give students both the information necessary to consider a range of issues relevant to the Web, and the experience of deconstructing policy documents and synthesising a comprehensive response in a short time.
